• intial wkg workspace support
• multi package publish (works with workspaces as well: wkg publish --workspace)
• semver validation on publish

I recently started integrating the tooling with the Java ecosystem, and this is the repo I'm working on:

I'm reusing as much as I can directly from wkg(compiled to Wasm, running in Java thanks to Endive), but I'll be more than happy to receive review/feedback on those initial steps:

• is the approach sound enough?
• does it play well enough with the rest of the ecosystem?
