Hey all, wanted to make a couple changes to how we work in the component-docs repo!

What do people think about the following:

• Only squash commits (no merge commits, and disabling even rebase + FF for consistency)
• Allow "merge when complete" so maintainers can click to merge automatically once approvals + CI finishes
