We were recently made aware by @Dan Gohman that our weekly meetings overlap with another weekly wasm meeting (don't remember which one).
In order to ensure that all interested parties can attend our meetings, I'd like to move our meeting time.
@Sean Isom @Atanas Atanasov @Aaron Dorney
Moving our meeting one hour back, or one hour forward would work for me.
What do y'all think?
Either way works for me. 8 AM is a little early for west coast, but doable
(The meeting is the Wasm CG meeting)

one later works for me
I've updated the meeting time to be one hour later every week.
is there a calendar invite I can be added to?
https://github.com/wasi-gfx/team
I can also add you to the google calendar invite if you dm me your email address.
It looks like the calendar invite still has the old time.
@Dan Gohman where do you see that?
ah unfortunately that is when the TSC meets, so I won't be able to attend
Oh no!! :face_palm:
We need some central place where we can see all regular wasm meetings.
@Mendy Berger In my calendar :smile: . It's possible I missed an update?
@Dan Gohman I don't see you in the google calendar invite at all...
Maybe you have a separate event that's not connected to ours?
Oh, did I create that entry for myself? Oops :-}
If he was forwarded the invite and not on the original one it doesn’t update
Regardless, we'll need to move it again
Is there a central place we can see all ongoing weekly meetings?
No, because we're spread across different organizations. All the Wasm CG and SG meetings are described here, but that doesn't include BA meetings, and then there are people's personal schedules...
I see.
So how would you recommend we move forward?
How about an hour earlier than original, or a different day?
There are meeting-time-picker services that one can use, but otherwise, I don't know of a better way than just suggesting one or more times and seeing what works with the people who actually want to attend.
Btw, are we meeting now?
Oh no. It's only moving forward. We already met.
Ah, ok. I was in the CG meeting :-)

Question is how we find out who's interested in attending.
I think just posting here in #wasi-gfx should work for now.
Like, hey everyone! Sean's suggestion of an hour earlier, which would be and repeating weekly, works for me. Is there anyone who'd like to attend who can't make that time?
Let's try something different. How about everyone adds their availability here? This tools seems to be what we need.

@Dan Gohman @fitzgen (he/him) @Sean Isom @Atanas Atanasov @Aaron Dorney and anyone else interested in attending.
We have a shared calendar events@bytecodealliance. I'd like to see at least all of the meetings in the ba meetings repo on that calendar for better visibility.
Same here, and we're close to having our new SIG-Community facilitating that calendar for broad use.
