Merlijn Sebrechts (Mar 29 2026 at 14:39): Merlijn Sebrechts (Mar 29 2026 at 14:39):The Bytecode Alliance in partnership with Ghent University - imec and the ELASTIC project is pleased to organize and host the second WACE workshop: Bridging WebAssembly, Cloud-Native Execution, and 6G Edge Systems - From Research to Industry Practice.
The workshop will be colocated with the EuCNC & 6G Summit 2026, taking place 2-5 June 2026 in Málaga, Spain.
We invite submission of papers and welcome presenters and participants to join us at the event.
This workshop aims to provide a focused forum that brings together academic and industrial perspectives on WebAssembly and cloud-native execution for 6G and edge systems. By enabling the presentation of peer-reviewed research contributions alongside invited industrial experiences, the workshop will foster knowledge exchange, highlight open research challenges, and stimulate collaboration.
The CFP for peer-reviewed academic publications is curretly open. Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished contributions that are not currently under review elsewhere. All submissions must be written in English and comply with standard scientific quality and integrity.
