As we discussed yesterday in our sync meeting, I've gone ahead and created a milestone for Preview 2: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/jco/milestone/1. This contains individual items for every API we need to implement.

It'd be great if we could use this to track our progress. Given we now have 4, and perhaps soon 5 different people working on this, I hope this can help us coordinate who is working on what.

I've also gone ahead and added some new labels

• wasi-preview2 to tag all preview2 related work (supposedly we may want to add a preview3 flag in the future)
• target-web for any web-related issues
• target-nodejs for any nodejs-related issues

It's not super fancy, but I hope it's enough to help us coordinate.

I don't think we need to scale the API process, once we've completed this work in the next 6 weeks it should be pretty much done
