Hey @William Ondenge thanks for submitting the fix -- it's merged now.

We certainly should have transpile determinism, given identical wasm inputs, I think -- we don't have a reason to not be deterministic.

I added some tests to your PR to that effect, so going forward we should be able to detect some regressions.
