Topic: publishing componentize-dotnet packages to nuget

I've got https://github.com/bytecodealliance/componentize-dotnet up to date with the latest bits. Still some things that could be updated but enough we can get a first release out. I need some help:

1. someone to get a nugetapi and add it to the secrets in the project
2. Do we want to change the names of the packages to reflect they are coming from bca? This doc suggests we may want a specific nuget package id for the BCA and we might not be able to republish the package as is because Steve already did. Is there an id prefix already in use by any other BCA nuget packages? or formats of the package names we should follow?
