That said they've had some trouble in the past with wasm plugins (in swc), so I think we may need to show them newer tooling approaches/integration.
In the past they used wasm32-unknown-unknown + wasmer it looks like, and I don't think they've tried the newer "modern webassembly" P2 stack.
