I have heard from people asking where to find wasi-cloud-core proposal. Currently it lives in an issue in WASI repo. Would it make it more conveninet for people if we have a repo called wasi-cloud-core in the wasm org or in the BCA org? In addition, it could be place of discussion and a place to raise issues. @Bailey Hayes

the way to get a repo is to present the proposal at a WASI meeting and ask for stage 1, as described here

@Till Schneidereit the wasi-cloud-core proposal has officially been approved to move to stage 1! Are we good to create a host implementation repo in the BCA?
