Just confirming: we do not currently have any CLI tooling to grant/revoke log permissions? It looks like the server and common validation code ought to support it but I don't see any client-side code for it yet.

oh, I thought we'd implemented a bare-bones grant/revoke in the client and CLI.

I don't recall seeing the functionality in the CLI code.

With :point_up: and #192 merged, I think we have the basics in place for simple delegation to work
