Hey all; a few months ago I started a draft blog post here to announce the target renames PR on the Inside Rust blog. I saw the wasip1 target just landed, and though the rename hasn't gone through yet we should probably announce the changes.

As requested by @wesleywiser in rust-lang/rust#110596 (comment), this is a public notice that the wasm32-wasi target will be renamed to wasm32-wasi-preview1 starting in Rust 1.71.0 (accepted MCP). ...
