over at FOSDEM, in case people haven't seen it, YouTube - Lightweight Kubernetes Operators with WebAssembly - FOSDEM 2023. using either Krustlet or runwasi you could remove the parent operator and drop down to wasmtime. Or use spin or slight or wasmcloud or
