My guess is that the wasmparser upgrade is probably not going to be trivial with respect to the test cases being updated. I'm happy to help out with that, but if you're looking to unblock other work I think it's ok to not update wasmparser and add an exception to deny.toml which we can remove when I get around to updating it.

I added an exception to deny.toml to unblock #6306, so this isn't needed at the moment.
