What version of QEMU do you have? These tests rely on MADV_DONTNEED working which I think only very recent versions of QEMU implement the way we need.

I have 7.0.0, which is what is in Ubuntu's package manager.

According to https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/6102 the necessary patch was upstreamed in 7.1.0, so I think 7.0.0 is too old to run these tests? Is it possible to update QEMU locally instead of adding ignores?

I can just wait for ubuntu to update their qemu and ignore these failures in the meantime.
