CI seems to only be running the Linux x86_64 tests, based on the issues we had last time (https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/4076) we should probably do a full run. Is there a way for me to force it? I couldn't immediately find it looking at the Github Actions UI

I still need to get around to documenting this, but if you put the string prtest:full in the commit message anywhere it'll run full CI on the PR here
