@alexcrichton Note that the cargo-vet job appears skipped on this run, which doesn't seem right. We ought to be running it on any change to the supply-chain directory.

Thanks! The cargo vet run always executes on all merges through the merge queue, it's just opportunistically skipped right now unless Cargo.lock changes. I'll update that though to avoid skipping on PRs if the supply-chain directory changes.
