It looks like the wasmtime-jit-debug is missing a LICENSE file (or symlink), so published crates do not contain the required LICENSE file, either. Since all other crates I see in this repository contain a LICENSE file or symlink, this seems to have been a simple oversight when splitting off the wasmtime-jit-debug crate two months ago:
