As an aside I don't know what's going on with oss-fuzz and why it hasn't found this yet. I started running the fuzzers locally and hit this bug basically immediately, and the relevant change to Wasmtime landed at least a few days ago (removal of
ModuleLimits), so I dunno how oss-fuzz hasn't hit this...
