adamrk opened issue #15026:

If a guest gets a host provided http body as a stream<u8> via consume-body and then constructs a new request/response with that same stream and _different_ trailers, the guest provided trailers will silently be dropped in favor of the trailers in the original host provided body.

This is related to https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/issues/15020 and I'm working on it as well.
