I believe we can close this issue now as it was decided instead of re-enabling fuzzing in test-all.sh, to remove the test-all.sh script since it was not used in CI -- https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/2926

In #580, fuzzing was disabled in the test-all.sh script. Should it be re-enabled now that the blocking issue is resolved?
