Publishing to crates.io failed halfway through: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/actions/runs/7979235630/job/21786178719 I think it is rate-limit related, but the logs aren't entirely clear.

Oops thanks for noticing that, I'll try fixing that in https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/7966 and then get 18.0.1 out.
