Some notable changes here are:
The
wasm-toolscrates have enabled therelaxed-simd,threads, andmulti-memoryproposals by default. For now I've left these disabled-by-default in Wasmtime to get enabled in a future PR.The
wastcrate has support for parsingthreadandwaitconstructs from thethreadsproposal for WebAssembly. They're left unimplemented for now and return errors. This will get filled in in a future update.<!--
