Ported the existing implementations of the following opcodes for AArch64
to ISLE, and implemented support for 64-bit vectors (per the docs):

• SwidenLow
• SwidenHigh
• UwidenLow
• UwidenHigh

Also ported WideningPairwiseDotProductS as-is.
