A builtin imported only by another builtin was left as an import of the compiled component. Now every builtin the main Wasm imports, directly or through other builtins, is composed in, and each is instantiated once and shared by all its importers, so builtins can be layered.
Import cycles among builtins are rejected with an error naming the builtins in the cycle, where wasm-compose would only report its internal labels. Link errors also name the importer, which wasm-compose leaves out.
