alexcrichton opened PR #15075 from alexcrichton:self-borrow to bytecodealliance:main:

This commit updates the tracking of handles within a store added in #14732 to additionally account for borrow handles that don't create a component model resource but end up sill consuming host resources. These handles are now charged to the overall store handle count to ensure that the host-side tracking is limited.
