xia-chao opened PR #15058 from xia-chao:wasi-tls-write-permit to bytecodealliance:main:

The TLS output stream let a write go past the permit returned by check-write. It traps now.

check-write is what tells a guest how much it can write without blocking, so a write above that number has to trap instead of being accepted.
