xia-chao opened PR #15047 from xia-chao:serve-cl-te to bytecodealliance:main:

This rejects requests that carry both transfer-encoding and content-length before they are turned into a guest request, answering 400 the way the other malformed requests do.

Hyper passes both headers through, and the guest was getting a content-length that did not match the body it read, which makes the framing ambiguous.
