When these tests were first written
*.wast-based testing didn't exist yet IIRC, and nowadays it should subsume quite a lot of what's done there. Some specific testing ofTypedFuncand static types remains, but most testing is now largely being deferred to sharedFunc/TypedFuncimpl as well as the component-api fuzzer.<!--
