alexcrichton opened PR #15035 from alexcrichton:try-to-cache-in-ci to bytecodealliance:main:
Turns out
almalinux:8isn't a frozen target, but actually changes over time. That breaks our caching in CI such that since the image was updated we have been getting cache misses. This attempts to fix the issue by using sha256 pinning inDockerfiles to insulate us against updates, paired with a dependabot rule to try to update them should they get updated.<!--
