This commit fixes a minor issue where if a guest cancelled a stream read/write bottoming out in a host stream, and the host stream completed with some items, then the return code was COMPLETED instead of CANCELLED. This is only possible to surface right now in guest-to-host streams, not guest-to-guest streams.
