This forwards debug tags on a try_call during Cranelift lowering. Previously they were dropped because try_call goes through the branch-lowering path, which only copied stack maps. With inlining this loses breakpoint patch records and frame-table entries for inlined callees.

Validation: a new x64 filetest fails before and passes after; the Cranelift isa/runtests filetests and cranelift-codegen unit tests pass. I could not run tests/all/debug.rs locally (wasm32-unknown-unknown target missing), so the Wasmtime-level behavior is untested here.
