This commit fixes ResourceAny::resource_drop_async to handle the case where the destructor in question uses threading-related intrinsics to finish its work. Previously this bail_bug!'d without an event loop but now one is run. This additionally refactors Func::call_async to have a similar, simplified, pattern.
