avanhatt opened PR #14701 from avanhatt:i32x2-aarch64 to bytecodealliance:main:

More verifier-found cases where rules are not correct guarded to apply to scalar types instead of 64-bit vector types, this time in aarch64.

This PR adds ty_int guards as well as some rules to lower 64-bit vector types that were otherwise missing, plus a filets.

Related to #14631, #14566.
