RUSTSEC-2024-0449 says unsafe-libyaml is unmaintained, and serde_yaml is itself deprecated (why one of these earns a rustsec, and the other does not, is beyond me). This was a very minor part of our dependency tree, but trivial to replace with the maintained serde yaml parser serde-saphyr.
