cfallin opened PR #14682 from cfallin:fix-debug-fuel to bytecodealliance:main:
- Save/restore fuel around each breakpoint patchable callsite.
- Test that fuel is also mutable from within the breakpoint handler, so e.g. fuel can be reduced to zero causing an immediate out-of-fuel trap on resume.
Fixes #14594.

:speech_balloon: fitzgen created PR review comment:
Idle thought, if you want to pick up a minor refactor in a follow up: it could be nice to have the fuel methods do the
if self.tunables.consume_fuelcheck inside their bodies, rather than make ever caller do it and make the call sites harder to read.
