Since #13812 the p2 incoming body carries wasmtime_wasi_http::Error rather than ErrorCode, so the stream error handed to the guest wraps an Error and http-error-code downcasting it to ErrorCode always returned none.

Convert a wrapped Error through the p2 hooks instead. The error is borrowed from the resource table while the hooks take &mut self, so error_to_p2 now takes &Error and lives on dyn WasiHttpHooks. While here, also unwrap a nested Error in the hyper source chain as error_to_p3 already does.
