xia-chao opened PR #14661 from xia-chao:fix/serve-max-concurrent-zero to bytecodealliance:main:

Both limits were plain usize I think, so --max-concurrent-requests=0 went through. The server kept accepting connections but didn't handle a single request...

They're NonZeroUsize now, so a zero is rejected while parsing.
