This is a random stab in the dark at trying to fix [this spurious failure][fail] by seeing if localhost:N does things with IPv6 or something like that. In theory self.addr.to_string() should remove that ambiguity. No idea if this'll fix things, and no real way to confirm...

FYI, I vaguely remember GitHub having issues with IPv6 loopback years ago, which made we switch to IPv4 in tests.
