Related to #14564. Fix response error variants. http-response-header-size was mapped to the request variant, so response errors got logged as request errors. Both tables now map it to the response variant.
The test also passed!

Related to #14564. Fix response error variants. http-response-header-size was mapped to the request variant, so response errors got logged as request errors. Both tables now map it to the response variant.
