wasmtime-publish opened PR #14283 from bytecodealliance:ci/rc-49.0.0-rc.1 to bytecodealliance:release-49.0.0:

This is an [automated pull request][process] from CI which will publish 49.0.0-rc.1 as a release candidate for the upcoming 49.0.0 release. When this PR is merged a v49.0.0-rc.1 tag will be created, the crates will be published to crates.io, and a GitHub pre-release will be produced.
