Fix https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/issues/14227 by reverting https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/14148/changes/e13936abdab766f67f5063da092f9330db12c4ad.

BodyWithState was needed to keep a reference to the Task driving the HTTP I/O.
