(I didn't check the exact correspondence of where you added the # Errors subsections to which functions should have then but I spot-checked, and trust that you carefully lined those up)

Rather than etc here and above, could we spell out what we mean a bit more? It feels like a little bit too much ambiguity (especially with specific functions listed above it), and one could reasonably interpret "yes" to "etc" to mean "all of the runtime" (aka "all of Wasmtime aside from the compiler" to some observers)

Perhaps: "remaining APIs for instantiation and execution of Wasm"?
