alexcrichton opened PR #12494 from alexcrichton:revert-41.0.2 to bytecodealliance:release-41.0.0:

This undoes the commit from https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/12487 which was originally intended to trigger the release but failed due to CI automation issues. Once this lands I'll re-trigger the process to re-release 41.0.2. Trying it now before this PR would end up releasing 41.0.3 which would be a bit confusing as 41.0.2 never existed.
