For other wasmtime maintainers as a heads up here -- I'm adding @philipc as a trusted publisher in our vet config for gimli/addr2line/etc. @philipc has maintained these crates for quite some time and has a long history in the Rust community but if any of y'all have concerns about doing so lemme know.
