FYI @rvolosatovs it looks like there was a wasip3 http error in this CI run; trying a re-run in case it's intermittent...

This appears to have failed again here:

---- p3::p3_http_outbound_request_content_length stdout ----
worker failed with error error from user's Body stream

Caused by:
    0: error reading a body from connection
    1: end of file before message length reached
Error: failed to call `wasi:cli/run#run`

Perhaps we should disable the wasi-http p3 tests until resolved? (cc @rvolosatovs @alexcrichton)
