A little unfortunate that we need to include some at-a-glance unrelated changes such as Linker::new(...) into Linker::<()>::new(...), which will be a minor annoyance to some users when they update, but in the context of WASIp3 I agree this change is required, and it shouldn't cause any substantive difficulties...
