Ah, yes, I hadn't fully grokked the logic we had -- fixed now; we ignore all SIMD tests when experimental_x64 and target is x86-64.

(Oh and I forgot to say: after discussion with @abrown we think it's better to be conservative here and disable all x64 SIMD for now as we're not sure whether the issue is systemic or specific to a few instructions.)
