I can do those tweaks, sure. Do they mean that some consumers of wasi-common will get to skip the witx runtime dep, but over in lucet-wasi i can pass a feature flag in the right place

I can do those tweaks, sure. My primary use case is that I want lucet-wasi to be able to enable the right feature flags so that it can get the metadata from wasi-common, but other users of wasi-common don't have to care about the metadata. Is that possible with your plan? Where would I pass flags in lucet-wasi to make this happen?
