Presently wiggle depends on witx = 0.8.3 and wasi-common depends on path=WASI/tools/witx, version=0.8.0. We should unify those to both use the same path and version. That also means we should roll the current wasi repo as 0.8.4, I think.

Oh good point! I've updated wiggle's crates to depend on the submodule as well.
