I just released wasi-sdk-21 with all of the latest changes in wasi-sdk and wasi-libc: https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-sdk/releases/tag/wasi-sdk-21. It is still marked as a pre-release; let me know if you run into any issues with it.
